Luperca I always found it most interesting to play several characters, each according to their own set of values and beliefs. That way, you can see everything, yet don't just run through the game as a completionist with a character who does completely morally contradictory things.

ALL POSTS I'm curious as to which side I should take while doing this quest as both have merits and demerits; when I first did this quest I sided with Madanach to help me escape but I felt bad because they killed some citizens on the way out and also because I didn't like the forsworn, I had always considered them "Bandits with a cause" until recently.
So what do you think? Which is the best side? No One Escapes Cidhna Mine. I look on this question from stormcloak rebelion viev. That is hard choise. Instead of choosing the lesser of two evils, I simply chose to just take care of both. Lord Hadron's comments were really lulsworthy reading. Thanks buddy. Quote: If you sided with the Forsworn, you side with Palestine in real life.
Need ideas by end of tomorrow. An Impossible Choose Made Possible I'm making a reference to Skyrim as it were. I spent about four hours trying to work out the most moral way to complete the quest 'No One Escapes Cidhna Mine'.
Here's a quick rundown of the quest, with spoilers. Upon entering Markarth for the first time, a man called Weylin attacks and kills a woman called Margret. Wether or not she dies depends solely on wether or not I intervene. Morally deciding that perhaps everything is not as it seems and not wanting my mirder count at anything above 0 I watched the events unfold.
I meet Eltrys, a nosey busybody who has been recording what's been happening regarding these people. After a few investigations, it turns out Margret is an Imperial agent and Weylin is forsworn. Anyway, zooming past the exact details, I end up in Cidhna Mine for showing concern as it part of the quest. Now, there are two ways out of the mine. Kill the forsworn leader -Madanach - and nab his key to a secret passage the key cannot be pick pocketed as it does not exist on his body unless he is killed or side with him and kill Grisvar the Unlucky - another prisoner.
Killing Madanach results in the kill count accelerating, so that is a no-no.
